Elmarie Gebler
As director of Fortis One, Elmarie specialises in business mentoring work; including business coaching, human resources consulting, organisational development and strategic change management. Elmarie works closely with her clients; building trusting, supportive relationships that extend past that of a business consultant, to friend and mentor.
With a background in organisational psychology, commerce and economics, Elmarie specialises in business growth and coaching, focusing her energies on business diagnostics and performance improvement work with her clients. She has extensive experience with a vast array of businesses in a range of industries and prides herself on a strong knowledge of the Cairns market and building lasting relationships within the Far North business community. Elmarie greatly appreciates the significant, valuable relationships she has had the opportunity to establish in this diverse region.
Graham Caldwell
In his role at Fortis One, Graham brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in strategic planning, business structuring, tax advice and business improvement concepts. Graham is passionate about working with clients in a range of industries. He focuses on recognising inefficiencies in operations and ineffective structure set ups, then offers suitable solutions to the issues identified. Graham has the ability to examine the performance of each business component and the vision to assess how these areas affect the performance of the business as a whole.
As an integral constituent of the Cairns business community for over 20 years, Graham has forged a solid reputation among his peers as a dynamic, passionate individual, dedicated to supporting and encouraging local business and industry. Owning and operating a leading accounting and taxation business has created a depth of undertanding across a wide range of financial issues.
Stephen Chong
Stephen specialises in the coaching and professional development of organisations and individuals. He focuses his energies on improving the essential 'people skills' required by executives and managers. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Enhanced leadership skills;
- Effective communication;
- Conflict resolution;
- Developing winning teams; and
- Managing change.
Stephen has extensive experience working with small business and a variety of organisations. He believes that the key to organisational success is the development of fundamental values and a guiding vision/mission statement that is central to the organisation. The essential determination of strategic goals and targets, followed by effective performance management creates the capacity for excellence.
